Nous Sommes Unis (We are One) : John Denver sung about the "flower that shattered the stone". A Flower - a Symbol of Peace and Love - understands how to best utilise the hardness of stone - not through war which is part of the hardness of stone - but through utilising the natural unity and harmony of the energetic forces of Nature. The Flower endures while the stone shatters.... Humanity is capable of being that Flower - There is Unity in the Heart of Love. While worldwide Humanity continues to Unite in Love it can endure the shadows of the stone until the stone is no more....The Flower casts Light into the shadow without need of fearing it - fear is part of the stone - not the Flower.....Flowers are capable of growing through the cracks of stones..... Allow fear to be instead transformed into Light - and allow that Light to be linked throughout Humanity -linked through Love. Lets not have fear as our guide - fear lives in the shadows and by its nature has to stay in a shadow.... - while Humanity seeking Peace and Love lives, breathes and generates more and more light.....Together, worldwide, Humanity can generate this Light.....

Whether you are an Holistic Practitioner or Orthodox Doctor please just stop for a moment and consider whether you really take time to listen to the Inner Language of your patient....Frequently their "repeating themes" will be echoing their internal world. Consider this phrase that Panetta Healing noticed someone would repeat each time they spoke to them on the phone - its an unusual phrase ......

"My body structure is breaking up"

Passion

PASSION - what do you think about that word? If you are feeling stuck in the linear treacle......(!!) decide what you feel most passionate about - choose something positive though! But ask yourself "what do I feel most passionate about - and do I give Quality Time to allow that passion to flow"?

If we feel stuck in the linear treacle then the chances are we are giving our best Positive Energy - that of the Passionate Energy - to feelings of entrapment within that linear treacle. So here'...

Exmoor ponies are amongst the oldest known horses in the world - just imagine what their "energetic history" contains - much inspiration and wisdom for us humans to learn from.......

Anger.... we all know its feeling at some time in our lives don't we. People tell us to "let your anger go" "think more positively". They are fine words - but not always easy to implement - especially if you are "stuck" right in the middle of the Eye of Anger....
