Struggle

So - what does that word mean to YOU then?..... As you read that word how did it make you FEEL?.....

At times we have all been there - struggled with something - forgotten to "go with the flow"...... Its energy trapped isn't it.......

So why not start practising releasing "struggle"?...... Struggle takes all shapes and forms - creates rigid thinking in some way. Practise releasing it first of all in a small way and then later you will find you can manage much bigger things. Think of arguments, anger  - its a form of struggle -  its a struggle NOT to get involved in arguing - and a struggle to not allow anger to overtake you......

One person recently told me they have had enormous problems with "control" - from the smallest to the biggest things - a smaller theme was feeling they could not leave the washing-up overnight til the morning. If they did leave it overnight in the morning it would leave them feeling really gripped, anxious etc. So I purposely asked them to LEAVE the washing-up piled up over night, meditate as they went to sleep picturing themselves seeing the washing-up in the morning and smiling and laughing with it (not at it.....). They could even leave a "smiley face" beside the washing-up so that would greet them in the morning. They say they feel they can relax more in the evenings now because they don't feel they "have to" do it then - the washing-up no longer dictates to them - THEY dictate to the washing-up!!!

This may seem like a small thing to you - but it definitely isn't to them...... and as they empower themselves with this and bring through success they will then move on to bigger "struggle/control" themes.  Work from the smaller one first - and gradually you will release the bigger ones.

Bigger ones usually have something to do with Trust and Faith in the Universe. Trust YOUR reactions to things first of all - and as you begin to transform your own reactions in turn that Trust will encourage you to also Trust the Universe more......

Life doesn't have to always be complicated - sometimes the little things mean the most eh.....

Much happiness to you!
